As of November 2, 2025, we have switched to a new booking system, Noterro.

To book a new appointment:

Existing Appointments

If you already have an appointment that was booked through our previous booking system, it will continue to be managed through the old system.

For any changes, including rescheduling or cancelling an existing appointment, please contact us directly by text message or phone.

⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment without at least 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged at your next visit.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your appointment by:

  • Text message — preferred method

  • Phone: (647) 786-6788

  • Online — if you have a Noterro account

Please note: Online cancellation is not available within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is within 24 hours, please contact us directly by text message or phone.
